I have been working on this book since March 2023 and throughout the attacks on Gaza. I had hoped to celebrate our food and share the joy of publishing my book in a better atmosphere. But now that the book is almost published, but with the attacks on Lebanon intensifying, I have no choice but to share it now, even if silently.
