Black Bean Broccoli Fried Rice

Black Bean Broccoli fried rice recipe - cookin5m2 -3Black Bean Broccoli fried rice recipe - cookin5m2 -6This is one of the quick recipes that you could use to clean your leftovers and whatever is there in the fridge. Fried rice is a staple in Asian cuisine and I like to think it is a complete meal. It has carbs, vegetables, and proteins with enough salt to flavor the dish. The extra dose of proteins from the black beans makes this dish a super dish and takes away the guilt of carbs, if ever found!

Serve it along with meat curries, Asian flavored grilled meats, or on it’s own for lunch, dinner or even breakfast!

Broccoli is known to have so many health benefits. Go to the link below to read more on how it can replace meat, fight cancer, and make you look beautiful

  • 2 eggs

  • Make a well in the center and crack the eggs and scramble quickly into small pieces before mixing them with the rice and vegetables. Add the soy sauce and mirin and taste and adjust to your liking. Top with the sliced green onions and serve
