Having a cupboard full of chia seeds, flaxseeds, oats, maple syrup, agave, olive oil, quinoa, and kale doesn’t turn you into a fitness guru and doesn’t make you healthier.

This is one of the quick recipes that you could use to clean your leftovers and whatever is there in the fridge. Fried rice is a staple in Asian cuisine and I like to think it is a complete meal. It has carbs, vegetables, and proteins with enough salt to flavor the dish. This week was supposed to be a full working week on an upcoming project with Bethany Kehdy. I am using the title for the catchy effect it has. I don’t believe in superfood. I believe in super advertisement for a product that elevates it into a supernatural status. When will a time come that butter will be considered as superfood?
