If you’re anything like me, it would be the joy of your days to be in the wilds surrounded by nature. One can’t think of being away from nature would create a sense of anxiety that is only cured by total immersion.
This is one of the little things that one finds out about himself gradually as days go by. One goes from despising the idea of camping out there in the wild exposed to wild animals and insects to despising the idea of being in the middle of the concrete jungle exposed to wild humans and insects.
Whatever you do in the mountains feels purposeful. Sometimes you go for a walk in the neighborhood and that feels rewarding, sometimes it’s watering the garden, other times it’s the time take to remove the weeds, or climb up and pick the produce and pluck out the good ones. It feels that whatever you do is rewarding in a sense. Nature is rewarding and with some more time and patience, those rewards get more valuable.
Summer is officially over. Today marks the start of Autumn, but the weather has already changed with a mellowing breeze and yellowing trees. There’s a charm about this season. Villagers and orchard owners believe that this is the most generous time of the year. The crops are plenty and the orchards look beautiful with the trees and vines bearing fruits from all colors.

How do people get famous? What makes them known for what they’re good at, or just for what they do? What’s the formula that makes people popular? Is there such a thing?
Recently the thought struck me as I was watching a video of a piano player playing pieces from notable classical composers chronologically. For each period of time, there is a well-known composer you can attribute to when he was active and his work reigned.
I would have never imagined myself opening a can of sardines and eating it. I’m fine with tuna cans, but not sardines. I’m not even acquainted with freshly fried sardines. I have never opened and eaten a can of sardines until I made the video below. Continue reading
