Here we are again!
Another week and another spill.
I’ve decided to take another hiatus for no specific reason and come back after it with tons of things I want to share. Wendy Williams got nothing on me!
But before I leave, I have important news I have to share with you.
I have decided to become vegan. I am finally illuminated by the posts vegans share of cute animals asking us not to eat them. I am going to delete all the meat recipes from the blog and remove meat photos from Instagram
I have decided to join a gym and get my summer body ready for some sun, sand, salt water, and the eyes of those hungry for this vegan meat!
I will be living off juices and smoothies. No solid food for 4 days a week. Coffee is out of sight. Also, alcohol would be off the menu. No alcohol, no partying, no socializing and outings to cut down the temptations. Yes, it is a month of major changes!
WARNING: This week’s spill is serious.
It is something from a list of things I want to address and an incident happened online and I felt I should be writing something.
This post is against bullying.
Bear with me
I believe bullying is unacceptable.
We should teach those we have an influence on to be kind and not to be bullies. At the same time, we have to teach them to grow thick skin to face the remaining bullies in this world.
The world will not be bullying-free (I don’t think it will happen soon), but at least we can be prepared to face it and keep going. That’s what we get from stories from successful people who faced bullies at some point in their life.
This isn’t addressed at children only. The online community (of adults) can be pretty savage sometimes. We have to learn to let it slide like water off a duck’s back than get the best of us.
So we haven’t met here on the website since April 2018. A little short of a year ago. Allow me to give you a recap of how the past year went. If you feel like it, share how yours went in the comments.
First, if you follow me on instagram, you probably wouldn’t need this post. You probably know most of the stories here, because I almost never stopped sharing stories there. But there are some things that will be observed and phrased more elaborately here.
- This year, I kicked up my food photography work into the professional world by working for a major client. SHAMELESS PLUG: CHECK MY PORTFOLIO PAGE. I was making recipes for short videos and taking photos of their food products. We filmed 31 videos that I will upload later to my Youtube Channel and I have shared some of the photos on instagram in the past year.
